There are no hidden fees or extra charges! What you see on the final screen is what you will be charged. No exceptions!
Do you require a term commitment to get the best price?
No! We do not require any term commitments to get our best price. Our best price is available to each and every client!
Can you give any sort of additional discounts? (Bundle Discounts, New Clients, etc)
Unfortunately we cannot offer any sort of discount on our service. Our services are very affordable and we try to be fair and equal to all our clients.
What does Moving Fee mean?
The moving fee is only charged if you move to a different location.
What does troubleshooting dispatch mean?
This simply means if something goes wrong with your set-up and we cannot fix it for you over the phone and need to send a technician.
What will be my first bill?
Your first bill will consist of your first month's service, activation fee (if applicable), modem and shipping (if applicable) and HST. Nothing else!
Do you offer 24/7 support?
Yes, 24/7 technical support is offered to our clients.
Do you offer bandwidth tracking?
It depends on your service. Currently we offer bandwidth tracking on almost all of our services. Only Ontario Cable services are the exception.
What kind of service is your phone? (Landline or VOIP)
Currently it is just analog landline; we are expanding soon to VOIP services.
What areas do you service?
We are able to service all across Canada, specifically we can offer cable in Ontario, BC and Quebec, and we can offer DSL is almost all provinces of Canada. Please check the individual pages for availability.
How can I pay?
We offer three different ways of payment, via credit card (which is the fastest) we only accept VISA or MasterCard. We accept online bank payments and lastly prepaid quarterly cheques.
